As of fall 2007, the new "ultra luxury" Residences at The Galleria in Houston Texas has now officially opened its sales office for reservations. The Galleria Area condominium market introduces its newest high-rise, Residences at The Galleria - Residence at the Galleria located southeast of the Galleria IV Mall at the corner of McCue and Hidalgo, across the street from the Water Wall.
Residences at The Galleria will be a 34 story condominium high-rise and have 184 units with twelve different floor plans. Most units will range in size from 1,620 square feet to 5,525 square feet with prices ranging from $1 million to more than $3.5 million. Two penthouse units with 15,000 square feet will feature four bedrooms and nine-and-a half bathrooms at a price tag of $8.5 million.
Described as an ultra-luxury condo project, The Residences at The Galleria will be stocked full of special granite, marble, and other fine finishes for the well-heeled. Many of the units will feature private foyers.
